Description The herbaceous perennial Ajuga reptans 'Purple Brocade' (carpet bugleweed) bears showy, faded violet and fragrant blossoms during late spring to early summer. This plant is mat forming and has showy, glossy, medium textured and evergreen foliage that is dark green and greyish magenta in colour.
Typical Uses Accent, alpine or rock garden, border, container, edging, ground cover, mass planting and woodland.
