Description The tender perennial Agapanthus praecox ssp. orientalis 'Atiblu' (Bluestorm) (African lily) produces showy, fragrant and repeat-blooming blossoms during late spring to mid autumn. This plant is clump forming and has matte, medium textured and evergreen foliage.
